NEW OFFICE OPEN HOUSE

Many of you may know that we've long had one lone CoWorker with an office (or three) up on the third floor, and we've had a lot of requests for more office spaces which have been hard to come by here on the 2nd floor.  So when we had the opportunity to expand to an entire suite of offices on the 3rd floor we jumped at it! 

 

Starting August 1st there will be 6 new large private offices starting at $400/mo (which can be shared by CoWorkers if they'd like to pair up) as well as resident desks ($200/mo) available on the 3rd floor.  

 

The third floor desks and offices will offer considerably more privacy because there won't be any "open" desks on the 3rd floor. If you've been thinking about joining the Syracuse CoWorks (or if you're a current member) who feels that the 2nd floor offers just a little too much tempting distraction between the luncheons, presentations, and water cooler talk then the 3rd floor might be just right for you!

 

Members on the 3rd floor will still receive all the benefits of being a resident/office-having member, including:

-A building secure before and after work hours

-24/7 access to the 2nd and 3rd floor

-Kitchen area with fridge, ice maker, sink, microwave and toaster oven

-Free, freshly ground coffee all day every (week) day, courtesy of Coffee Mania.

-AV-equipped conference room that can be reserved for client or group meetings.

-AV-equipped arena space that can be reserved for training sessions or presentations.

-Professional audio recording booth that can be reserved.

-Access to the entire 2nd floor for hosting large after hours events.

-Access to all Coworks member events and networking opportunities.

-Access to the rooftop deck.

-Free snacks from the shared snack cupboard and community fridge.

-Free wifi.

-Networked Printers.

-Comfortable lounge areas with armchairs and sofas.
